Shanghai United Oriental Emergency Medical Center Shanghai United Oriental Emergency Medical Center is designed to be an international care facility. Physicians from China, the United States, and Europe have been invited to join the hospital in order to improve medical knowledge and technology transfer. Shanghai United Oriental will be one of the few hospitals in China able to perform specialized operations, such as organ transplants. Moreover, the hospital will sponsor training seminars and host international experts at the medical college and convention center to improve local medical techniques. Shanghai Qianqiao Retirement Community The Shanghai Qianqiao Retirement Community, located in the cascade of a traditional Chinese horizon, promises to extend comfort and camaraderie to everyone living within. This Community is the finest of its kind in China. It promises to be a safe haven for the ever-growing retiring population in China. Shanghai Chengxin Technical College Beautiful new facilities are currently under construction in the town of Zhelin to provide quality educational services for 6,000 students. The new facilities will include a well-organized administration building, a well-equipped library, training facilities, computer rooms, a multi-media language laboratory, student apartment buildings, a dining hall, and a fitness center. Much of the curriculum will focus on healthcare professions to help meet the enormous demand for quality healthcare in Shanghai.
The international exchange center is a fourteen-story building measuring 165,000 square feet. The first four floors will house entertainment facilities for the community and the onsite retirement community. The next two floors are designated for administrative offices and conference halls. The remaining eight floors will be apartments and hotel rooms. |
